Striker signs on loan from Bolton until end of season

Carlisle United have today signed Bolton Wanderers forward Jamie Proctor on a half-season loan deal which keeps him at Brunton Park until the end of the current campaign [play-off fixtures included].

Proctor, 24, started his career with his home town club Preston North End and enjoyed a one-month loan spell with Stockport during his time at Deepdale.

He made the switch to Swansea in summer of 2012 and went out on loan to Shrewsbury before signing for Crawley in January 2013. He bagged 14 goals in 67 appearances with the Red Devils before heading back up north to join Fleetwood in June 2014.

A short spell with Bradford followed until he signed for Bolton ahead of pre-season in July.
