Chester and Rochdale are also both in the bottom six and it was City who came away from Lancashire with all three points as they won 3-0 at the 'Dale. That an excellent result for Chester given that a lot of their players are featuring for their first team at the moment, as the club seemingly goes into freefall, both on and off the field.
Wrexham play two games this week, one at home and one away weather permitting, so they do have a chance of opening up a gap on Carlisle at the top of the table before Saturday, United currently one point ahead of the Welsh club with a game in hand.
Burnley, who are now starting to look at a bit of a fixture backlog are without a match, while Carlisle travel to last season's title-winners Walsall, the Saddlers are hit and miss in this campaign though, so let's hope that they are in miss mode at the weekend.
