The second leg, contested at Villa Park this evening with a mammoth crowd of 10,891 in attendance seeing the home side take the lead thanks to Harry Forrester after just four minutes before Sergio Tejera equalised on 18 minutes, the Blues then taking the lead for the first time in the tie only six minutes later through Gael Kakuta. Forrester netting again bang on the hour-mark before Adam Phillip put Chelsea into the final with the winning goal on 70 minutes.
