There are no real standout ties to be honest, with only an unlikely potential tie of Blackburn v Burnley being at all interesting. Elsewhere last season's title winners Arsenal will take on Bolton or Fulham at home if they can past Ipswich in another home tie for the Gunners. That fourth round getting underway on Monday evening when another North London club, in Tottenham, take on Portstmouth at White Hart Lane.
