So, an action-packed pre-season friendly finishes 2-2 with both sides putting the full effort in as they look to work towards their fitness. Carlisle doing well to hold their older and much more experienced counterparts who always had that bit of class forward, United's next warm-up match now coming at Penrith in a 2pm kick-off at Frenchfields on Saturday afternoon.
