Hadland On The Move Once More

Hadland has moved into the area as he is taking a course at the Alsager base of Manchester Metropolitan University. Grove`s joint boss Paul Ogden managed Hadland at Leek Town before he moved on to Colchester, Northwich Victoria, Stalybridge Celtic and Hednesford Town.

Before his first stint at Leek, the 26-year-old played for Chester, Darlington, Brighton, Leyton Orient, Rochdale and Reading. Kidsgrove have also snared ex-Newcastle Town defender Dave Woodvine following his release by Premier Division champions AFC Telford United.

Hadland also spent a one-month loan spell at Brunton Park in the middle of the 2001-02 season, the striker signing for United from Leyton Orient. The temporary spell in Cumbria seeing the Warrington-born frontman scoring once in Carlisle colours in five appearances before his return to Brisbane Road.
