Danny Graham in a rare appearance
The 21-year old frontman has returned to Carlisle today to spend another 59 days with the club in order to complete a 93-day loan spell, extended from an initial month, that was interrupted in mid-January due to shin splints the striker sustained in the 3-2 defeat at Northampton. Graham scored that day, in one of only two Blues starts in his initial temporary transfer, before immediately going back to Middlesbrough for some physiotherapy on a problem which the 'Boro coaching staff feared could be a repitition of an old stress fracture problem.

The Gateshead-born forward made his comeback last night as he played 87 minutes of a reverse team match for the Teesiders at Old Trafford, 'Boro drawing the game with Manchester United 1-1. Blues boss Neil McDonald will be hoping that Graham can find his shooting boots, as the likely absence of top scorer Karl Hawley for six to eight weeks with an ankle ligament injury is going to cause United a big problem upfront for the remaining twelve games of the season.
