The 34-year old ex-Walsall left-back scooped four awards on a thoroughly enjoyable awards evening. Aranalde won the top prize on the night as he was voted Fans' Player of the Year (sponsored by Scottish and Newcastle), the defender also taking home the CUFC Online Player of the Season trophy, Junior Blues player of the season and the Blues Lotto and Premier Club members player of the season.

Coming a close second was another popular defender in centre-half Danny Livesey who took home three awards, the 22-year old winning the players' player of the season, the Playfair player of the season and Peter Jackson player of the season. Livesey sharing the latter award with Kevin Gall, with both players having an equal number of man-of-the-match awards from this season's home games.

Yet another member of the back four among the winners was Peter Murphy who was named Away fans' player of the season while goalkeeper Keiren Westwood received the London branch supporters' player of the season. Taking home the award for most improved first team player was Luke Joyce, and goal of the season, as voted for on the night, went to Joe Garner for his long-range effort in the 2-0 win at Port Vale.
