O's defender Adam Tann spoke to Orient's Official Website about the 1-1 draw against United on Saturday afternoon, the ex-Cambridge man talking about his return to action after spending three months on the sidelines recovering from an operation to combat testicular cancer:

"It felt great to be back out there, it's where I want to be and I was happy with how it went. We had to shuffle things around at the back with John (Mackie) and Alton (Thelwell) both going off. Justin (Miller) moved alongside me and I think we coped really well. Hopefully the injuries aren't too bad and we'll have a full squad for Millwall on Tuesday.

"It was important that we didn't lose the game. Three points would have been nicer, but considering the last two results, I think we'll take a point from that. It was a massive boost to get the equaliser just after half time. Locky (Matt Lockwood) once again delivered and he's on fire at the moment.

"I think a draw was a fair result against a good Carlisle side but we need to build on that now and push on to try and get three points at Millwall. It's going to be a massive game. As well as being a London derby, it's a game we need to win and we'll go there hopeful of getting the three points."
