Leyton Orient striker Kevin Lisbie spoke to his club's official website after his side's 4-0 win over Carlisle at Brisbane Road, Lisbie happy with a home victory after four away games in a row for the O's:

“Today was massive, especially after the run we have had, we have had a few away games in a row so it was nice to come back and give our fans something to cheer about. I thought we started the game well and finished it well. I prefer the situation when I am not scoring and we are winning games, I think in the last two years I have been here I have been heavily relied on to get the goals but I think we are getting them from everywhere now.

“Whilst I was a little concerned about my own scoring form we were still getting results so it wasn’t that much of an issue for me. You look at people like Moses Odubajo, Dean Cox, Lloyd James, I was going to get a goal eventually, it was my 13th so it is not like I haven’t scored this season. But, with Moses and Dean in our team us strikers are always going to get chances and it came.

“I thought Coxy knew where I was and I think he has flicked it on hoping that I could get on the end of it, which I did, and I just had a strike at it and from that distance if you hit it hard enough then hopefully it should beat the keeper. I played upfront with Robbie Simpson at Wolves and I thought he was very good, he is my fourth striking partner but everyone who has come in has done a job and put a shift in, and I thought Robbie did really well today considering he has not really trained this week.

“The goal just before half-time was massive for us though, if we had come in at 0-0 I think they would have been happy with that and it would have given them a bit of belief. I think the timing of the first goal got their heads down a little bit and obviously then coming out in the second-half and getting that early goal I think we killed them off. But, we had to make sure that we did our job and I thought we did in the end.

“I think the two clean sheets in a row are more important than obviously me scoring or anyone else scoring because I think once when you keep clean sheets it gives you a little foundation to work off. I think the defence have been really solid in the last two games, I know at Yeovil we got beat but that was a cup game and we just sort of wanted it out of the way because we really want to concentrate on this league and pushing up the table.”
