United goalkeeper Keiren Westwood spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's Derek Lacey on Saturday evening as he talked about the excellent 1-0 home victory over Leyton Orient that takes the Blues back up to second in the League One table, Westwood commenting on another hard game coming up next week against Swansea City :

" I thought that we worked our socks off really from the front all the way to the back. To get a clean sheet, the tenth of the season, so the lads have done really well today. They (Leyton Orient) have scored about 20 goals and conceded about 20 goals away from home.

" We've improved dramatically over the years and so have they to be fair. To see the two teams that came up last year in the top six now, and us in an automatic position, you couldn't really have written a better script.

" Both goals (at Northampton) were kind of rubbish, the first one, I'm not really bothered about the injury time one, it's the first one that I let myself down with really to be fair. The injury time one was a good finish wasn't it.

" We don't play to be happy with a point any more, we don't play like that any more, the gaffer (John Ward) has got a mentality that we are going everywhere and we are going to win.

" It doesn't matter if we are going to Nottingham Forest and they have got 20,000 fans behind them. It doesn't matter to us any more now, we have got a mentality, we've got a young bunch of lads and we're flying, we're going there to win.

" We have got some great players here now, obviously over the years we have steadily progressed. Danny Livesey played in the Conference, I played in the Conference, people like that, and we have gradually got better and better and we are finally reaping the rewards.

" Next week is massive isn't it, you can't get bigger than Carlisle v Swansea can you, over the last couple of years they have given us a few good hidings so hopefully we can get our own back. It's another game and it's another team in our way and we'll try to knock them down like we always do. "
