Jonathan ForteMagpies loanee frontman Jonathan Forte, spoke to BBC Radio Nottingham after his side's 2-0 League One victory at home to Carlisle, Forte pleased to score with a header today during his third spell on loan at Meadow Lane :

"I think the header today really pleased me, I think it was one of the first headers of my career, so it was a good feeling, obviously I have been working on it but gladly I have scored with my head today. The coaches here and at Southampton have been working hard with me and hopefully it will keep paying off. I take my hat off to Alan Judge, a great cross and I think it was hard to miss really.

"I think I was a bit disappointed with my overall performance, I just wanted to score more goals and get into better positions. Obviously, I worked hard but there is a lot more to come from me. For my other chance I thought the keeper (Adam Collin) was coming out so I took it early, if I had given him a little glance then I would have probably taken it around him. So, it wasn't to be but I am happy with the one goal.

"It is a very happy dressing room, we are all just ploughing away and trying to get to the play-offs, we are in there at the moment and hopefully we will carry on winning and at the end of the season we will be there. Personally I love it here, it is like my hometown (Sheffield) and the fans are brilliant with me and I am delighted to be back.

"I am trying to help the club and help myself as well to progress. We could do something special so I am wanting to be a part of that. Hopefully I will be in the starting line-up at Tranmere on Tuesday but not knowing is a good thing because you never know, so you are always on your toes because we have been doing so well."
