Joe Anyinsah
Blues goalscorer Joe Anyinsah spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's James Phillips after Carlisle's 2-1 win at Crewe, Anyinsah understandably pleased with an excellent win away to a relegation rival and also scoring a rare headed goal that proved to be the winner in the game :

" I was pleased about my goal to be fair, I get a bit of stick for my heading from Dennis Booth normally so it was nice to score really, but it was nice to score a header as well. It is always nice to score against your old clubs, it is becoming a bit of a habit. The most important thing though was really getting the three points, which I am really pleased about.

" That is what we are capable of, I think that there is belief in the team and in the whole squad really. Everyone has that belief about what we can go out there and do, it was just a case of getting a couple of breaks maybe. We have been working hard and doing what we have been doing normally, but today it just came off for us really I think.

" I am known as a wideman really but I have played upfront a few times so it is not a new position for me per se. I don't mind playing up there though, on the right or upfront, as long as I am playing in the team really. Yeovil is another big game for us on Saturday, but I think that every game is really a big game for us in the next few games. If we can put in the same performance that we have done today then I think that we will be alright. "
