United frontman Joe Anyinsah spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's Derek Lacey on Thursday morning about Carlisle's match away to Brighton on Saturday, Anyinsah talking later about his time on loan at the Withdean Stadium from Preston earlier this season :

" I came quite close to signing for Brighton to be honest. It was one of my options, it was one of those ones where there were options thrown in front of you and I was still weighing up the options. So it was a flick of a coin really but I am glad that I decided to come here anyway. Obviously I have been here before but I liked it, it was my most enjoyable loan spell out of all my loan spells so I think that that swung it for me really.

" It was good on Tuesday night as a striker, I don't mind wherever I play to be honest but it is nice to play upfront. It is a bit of a difference to playing on the wing running-wise but I did enjoy it. I think that we were a bit disappointed coming in at half-time, even though we were 1-0 up I think that we should have been a few more up to be honest.

" We had a few chances, everyone, so we rued those chances in the end. It was a bit of a combination, some players had not been playing that many games over recent weeks and we took out foot off the pedal a little bit. They obviously stepped it up a little bit and they managed to get their goal.

" It is going to be good going back to Brighton, I am looking forward to it to be honest. I have got some mates and good people down there and the gaffer down there (Micky Evans) has been good to me so I am looking forward to going back and hopefully getting three points. "

" It is a big game really because of our positions in the league table, we are not far away from each other so three points for us could be crucial. It is important that we go there and try to get a result at least. I don't know if it will be a muted celebration if I score, I celebrate every goal I get to be honest, I don't know how many there will be. You never know when they are going to run out so you have got to celebrate I think.

" I would say that their biggest strength would be the striker Glenn Murray who is up there and Nicky Forster as well, the two strikers are quite good. I think that Glenn Murray was here as well so I think that we probably know a little about him but I would say that that is their main strength.

" I think that flying down makes a big difference, so I think that they have done it right really preparing right because obviously it is a long journey from here down there. So I think that flying-wise it will take a bit out of it, we won't be so tired just sitting around on the coach. So hopefully if we can prepare right between now and then, then we will hopefully get a result.

" A lack of atmosphere at the ground is what I noticed to be honest when I was down there. I think that because there is a big running track around the outside and the fans are quite far away from the pitch, so you don't always get the full atmosphere that you can get.

" I enjoyed my time down there, I enjoyed the people down there. I actually like playing on that pitch, I have had some good performances down there so hopefully that is a good omen for me. I like it here though and I wouldn't change it for the world. "
