Blues goalscorer Danny Graham
United striker Danny Graham spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's Derek Lacey after Carlisle's 2-1 defeat at home to Leicester, Graham saying that his arm is badly swollen but not broken :

" Obviously it was nice to get a league goal, I hadn't got a league goal for a few matches now, which is pleasing. At the end of the day though it is a team game and we have been beaten. I think that we have matched Leicester toe to toe throughout the 90 minutes though and I think that we were unlucky with the defeat.

" If the game had gone on for another 15 or 20 minutes towards the end then I think that we might have got something out of the game, but that wasn't to be. They are a very good team, they turned Southend over 3-0 last week who I think are a very good team. So there are some positives to take out of the result but we are still all really disappointed down there in the dressing-room at the minute.

" We have taken Leicester to the wire here and they have ended up winning, but we are all disappointed. We want to do as well as we can, we haven't had the season so far that we wanted to continue on from last year, but there are positives to be taken out of today's game and hopefully we can do that next week at Northampton.

" You have got to deal with these things but if Bridgey (Michael Bridges) had stuck his chance in, he has done all sorts to get into the position that he has got in. The goalkeeper (David Martin) has made a good save but that is part and parcel of football and you have just got to get on with it.

" I think that I got kicked on the bone on my arm, it has been checked over by the doctor and he says that it is not broken. All down the side of my arm is swollen though, he said that I will be in pain for a few days but that I should be fine next week. I will have to ring Dolly (Neil Dalton) tomorrow and see if my arm is fine but I am sure that I will be OK, we will just see what happens from there.

" We have done well against Leicester who are flying at the top of the league. We are disappointed, everyone is a bit disappointed in the dressing-room but that is part and parcel of it. Hopefully we will just take all the positives out of the Leicester game now and use them, and hopefully we will go to Northampton and put in the same performance but hopefully get three points.

" They are all big games in this league and I think that I have said that on a number of occasions. I think that any team can beat any team in this league, it is just a matter of turning up on the day and performing well. If we go down there to Northampton next week and perform then I am sure that we can get three points. "
