United goalkeeper Ben Williams spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's Derek Lacey after Carlisle's disappointing 1-1 draw at home to Grays in the FA Cup, Williams suggesting that a lack of confidence is a big issue in the United camp :

" All the lads in the changing room are disappointed, they have come here and they have come away with a good result for them. For us though we are disappointed and we know that it is not good enough. We have to up our level, up the tempo from the first minute, not wait until we go down.

" I think that football is a confidence game at the end of the day, and there is a lack of confidence. I think that any team that goes on the run that we have been on is going to lack confidence. However whatever level and whatever players you have got it is how they deal with that, and really how they look at themselves. Each and every one of us as a player and look at how we can improve our game, and then collectively it will come. "
