United media officer and first team kitman Andy Hall spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's James Phillips ahead of Carlisle's League One match at home to Swindon, Hall first talking about the replacement of Ian Harte with Lubomir Michalik :

" I don't think it is going to surprise too many people that when you lose a character like Hartey you want to replace him with a big figure, and you don't get any bigger than Lubo. A guy just up in the A Stand there just described him a bit like Peter Crouch, well I don't agree, Peter Crouch is a bit more gangly, Lubo is huge but he is in proportion, a really big imposing figure, so, it will be interesting to see how he plays.

" I think we have seen throughout the side this season that there has been a bit of fight there. Once we have won the fight we have played the football, no more a better example of that than the other week against MK Dons. Because for 40 minutes of that game we were struggling to get in it, once we were in it, once we had won the battles, we were all over them, and that is something else we think Lubo will bring.

" It is great to see Vincent Pericard, he was such a popular character and he is a really quiet considered lad, but he walked in with a big smile on his face and there was a big roar. He was pleased to see everybody and it is fantastic to see him in the starting line-up because he will enjoy that, he will appreciate that and I think the lads will as well.

" I think it is a case today of just keeping this run going. Danny Wilson's teams play some fantastic football, they also play direct if they have to. We saw that against Swindon, when they had to go long they did and they did it to good effect. Fair enough they had (Billy) Paynter and (Charlie) Austin, so it will be interesting to see how they do with Pericard and Austin this time around.

" It was a massive relief about the new magazine as there was one guy saying that he collects Tottenham and Chelsea in the Premier League and it is up there with them. There is no better accolade than that for us and we just hope everybody has got the same reaction, get out there and buy it and see what you think. "
