Manchester City-loanee striker Harry Bunn spoke to the official Sheffield United website ahead of his side’s League One match against Carlisle at Brunton Park tomorrow afternoon, Weir first looking back on the Blades losing 3-1 at Rotherham last weekend:

"It has been a long week after the defeat at Rotherham, but thankfully we now have our chance to put that right at Carlisle at the weekend. The mood at the beginning of the week wasn't great, as you would expect, but we have got that out of our system in training and the lads are determined to put in a performance at Brunton Park to repay the Gaffer and the fans.

"At Rotherham we were dominant in the first-half and deservedly led, but for whatever reason we took our foot off the gas in the second-half and got overran. We will learn from our mistakes, though, and I am sure if we are at our best on Saturday we can return from Carlisle with all three points.

“Saying that, we have to give Carlisle the respect every team deserves, because as we have seen recently you can't take anything for granted in this division, even when you are expected to win. We need to be at it for a full 90 minutes and once we get that elusive win I am sure we can go on a good run. The lads that are already here are more than capable of scoring goals in this league. Once we get a couple of wins under our belt I think the goals will start to flow.”

Plenty of team news for the Blades tomorrow with firstly winger Diego Di Girolamo and striker Shaun Miller both unavailable as they continue to make their return from long term knee injuries, another player missing as he undergoes the surgeon’s knife on his knee being teenage centre-half Terry Kennedy. Absent through suspension though is pacey frontman Febian Brandy who sees out the last match of a three game ban for a straight red card in a 1-0 home defeat against MK Dons.

In better news for visitors boss David Weir though he does have goalkeeper George Long and former Carlisle-loanee centre-half Sean McGinty back available after the pair were on international duty for England and the Republic of Ireland under-21s respectively, while striker Jamie Murphy looks likely to return to action following a recent groin problem. Finally at Brammall Lane this week meanwhile, 19-year old midfielder Elliott Whitehouse has joined League Two outfit York City on an initial one-month youth loan spell.

The referee for tomorrow's match is Darren Bond from Burscough and he will be assisted down the lines by Geoff Liddle from Darlington and Neil Sharp from Hartlepool. Meanwhile the fourth official is Danny Markham from Washington, County Durham.
