Millwall's Gary Alexander
Experienced Lions striker Gary Alexander spoke to his club's official website ahead of tomorrow's match against Carlisle at Brunton Park, top scorer Alexander hoping that Millwall go into the play-offs on the back of a good performance against United :

"We want to get a good result at Carlisle. I've scored 13 goals from 29 starts this season, which isn't too bad a return of one goal every three games. But I want that figure to be better. We've still got at least three, hopefully four, games left this season, and I am determined to add some more goals to that total.

"The two years I have been here have flown by. I'm a South London lad and my family are all around here too. I don't think my dad would have been too happy if I hadn't signed a new contract! Seriously though, this is a great club and we are all totally focused on trying to get to the Championship. The gaffer (Kenny Jackett) has been saying that the season starts here, and he is right. We know what we are aiming for and hopefully we will get there."

Meanwhile returning Lions skipper Paul Robinson told his club's official website :

"I know the season is ending a bit too soon for me, but it's great to be involved again, and if I can provide an option for the manager in case he needs one, then great."

And Millwall boss Kenny Jackett commented on Robinson and the game :

"It would probably be a bit too much to ask Robbo to play at this stage, but he's come through well this week and it's great to have him back. I've been stressing how important it is for us to finish the season well so we go into the Play-Offs in a positive frame of mind.

"We want to finish third or fourth so we play the second leg at home. It will be a very difficult game because Carlisle must win to stand a chance of staying up, but we have to focus on our own priorities."

In team news for the visitors they have three players sidelined with long-term injuries, that trio being versatile defender Danny Senda (knee), right-back Marcus Bignot (knee) and 18-year old defender Pat O'Connor (broken nose). Finally, as mentioned by Kenny Jackett, centre-half and captain Paul Robinson is not yet fully fit as he continues to make his comeback from a broken foot.

The referee for tomorrow's match is Neil Swarbrick from Preston, and he will be assisted down the lines by Paul Curry from Morpeth in Northumberland and Dave McCallum from Wallsend. Meanwhile the fourth official makes up a trio of North-Easterners as he is David Webb from Darlington.
