Rovers striker Chris Brown spoke to his club's official website ahead of his side's League One game against Carlisle at the Keepmoat Stadium this evening, Brown going in heavy on the importance of the match for Doncaster:

“It’s a massive game, Rob [Jones] said this morning that it is a bigger game than the last two. We’ve just got to make sure that we turn up and play the exact same way that we did for them. Everyone one of us are enjoying it and wanting games to come as soon as possible. The last two performances were brilliant, and when it’s like that you want to be playing all the time.

“We are top of the league and have just got to enjoy everything that happens and with that performances will come. As a team we don’t know when we are beaten; I don’t know how many games we have scored in the last five minutes of games but I think it will be quite high. Times like these can change in one game. If we lose a game and others win we will soon be looking over our shoulders.

“It is a cliché but we can’t afford to lose because with Bournemouth and Yeovil playing as well as they are if we slip up they will look to overtake us. I haven’t really seen any of Carlisle’s results to be honest but just from what Rob has told us we know that they have got legs in midfield with good wingers outside them – they’ve got a lot of energy in the team, we’ve got to make sure that we are on our game.”

In team news for Rovers this evening they will be missing four players through injury in Paul Keegan, Paul Quinn, David Syers and Martin Woods. Midfielder Keegan is out with a dead leg while right-back Quinn is absent after suffering a reoccurrence of a leg problem. Meanwhile winger Syers misses out with an ankle injury and midfielder Woods is on the sidelines with a calf strain.

The referee for this evening’s match is Andy Woolmer from Northampton and he will be assisted down the lines by Rob Atkin from Scunthorpe and Matt McGrath from Hull. Meanwhile the fourth official is Mark Dwyer from Castleford in West Yorkshire.
