O's boss Geraint Williams spoke to Leyton Orient's official website about his side's relegation six-pointer against Carlisle at Brunton Park tonight, Williams hoping that his players keep knocking the goals in :

"When I first came here I said we needed to score more goals and I'm thankful that we are. We still want to score more again because it would be nice to relax on the end of a good scoreline rather than leave everything until the last minute! At the moment we'll take every win however it comes, although if we can score more goals and keep clean sheets it will be all the better.

"It will be a tough test on Tuesday. (Graham) Kavanagh in midfield knocks the ball around and they'll try to play football. They've got threats up front too in Gareth Taylor and Joe Anyinsah, and we'll see whether Danny Graham's playing as well. They'll be a threat, we know that, so we've got to defend properly, keep a clean sheet and look to get a goal at the other end.

"We go into every game with confidence because we're looking for three points all the time. It's a long journey so we'll prepare properly. It'll be a tough game but one we believe we can win. The more points we can pick up at the expense of the teams around us the better and they're five points clear of us at the moment. A win would close that gap to two and that's what we're looking to do.

"Adam (Chambers) is struggling a bit at the moment. He's had a problem with his calves for a number of weeks now, but he wanted to keep going and was doing a fantastic job. It finally got too much on Saturday and he felt he couldn't keep up his level of performance. Paul Terry came in and did very, very well in the second half. It was good to have the experience of Paul to bring into the team."

Unlike the injury-ravaged Cumbrians, Orient have very little to worry about squad-wise ahead of tonight's game. The only player definitely out of contention is striker Adam Boyd who is currently sidelined with an ankle injury, while centre-half Alton Thelwell (knee) and midfielder Adam Chambers, as commented on by manager Geraint Williams, are both rated as 50-50 to play a part in the match.

The referee for tonight's match is David Webb from Darlington, and he will be assisted down the lines by Paul Kettlwell from Lancaster and Garry Wallace from the Tyne and Wear area. Meanwhile the fourth official is Paul Curry from Morpeth.
