Steve FletcherCherries assistant manager Steve Fletcher spoke to the Bournemouth Echo ahead of his side's League One match against Carlisle at Brunton Park tomorrow afternoon, Fletcher saying the visitors won't bemoan their injury problems :

“With ten games remaining, we need as many fit bodies as possible. We have got a couple of knocks at the moment but that is something we have got to deal with. We won’t moan or whinge about it. A couple of weeks ago, we had almost everybody fit and, those who weren’t, were close. These things happen and they are there to test you. It is not as if we haven’t been through this before. We will keep the spirits high and be okay.

“It was disappointing to see Mark Molesey come off on Saturday because he had only just come back. It could be one of a few things and we will know more towards the end of the week. We are going to have to monitor Rhoys (Wiggins) though because his problem seems to keep recurring. We will see how he is towards the end of the week, as we will with Warren Feeney. He had a scan and the news was good in so much as it revealed only bone bruising. We were initially concerned it could have been more serious.”

While Cherries skipper Jason Pearce told the Echo :

"Being relegated at Carlisle is something I won’t forget in a hurry. It was a terrible feeling and one that will stay with me for a long time. We have put it behind us and had a couple of good seasons since then. Although the points deduction effectively sent us down, the club has come a long way since that day. We have managed to achieve something that seemed impossible at that time.

“This season has been great so far and we want to keep it going. We have already exceeded the expectations of most people but need to stay focused until the end of the season. We need to get a positive result at Carlisle, especially on the back of two defeats. Things like their manager (Greg Abbott) saying we had a soft underbelly before the home game spur you on and make you want to prove people wrong. I think we have all matured as players and, every time you have an experience like that, you learn from it. We are learning all the time and that will stand us in good stead for the future.”

And midfielder Danny Hollands commented to his ciub's official website :

"Saturday has gone now and we have to move on and prepare properly for the trip to Carlisle. We have to stay positive because we know that we created enough chances to get something from the game. We gave it our all, and we will do in the remaining ten games of the season. It will be a difficult game, they all are. Just because they lost heavily at the weekend means nothing because they will feel they have a point to prove and that will make it even more difficult. We just have to perform well from now until the end of the season and what will be, will be

"No one likes losing, especially when it is against your neighbours who are so close to us in the league and also coming after the game at Exeter when we weren't at our best. It was a disappointing week, but good teams can shrug off a week like that and we have proved in the past time and time again that we can respond to set backs and after a good weeks training, we will go again at Carlisle and look to get the three points."

While finally fellow midfielder Anton Robinson also told his club's official website :

"Ever since I've been here, we have always bounced back from set backs. We've been in this position before, and we're not feeling any added pressure. We have plenty of confidence because we looked back at the game last week, and we more than matched them, but just didn't take our chances and on another day we could have got a result.

"It's now a tough game at Carlisle, but we are confident that we can get the three points. It's my first time that I've played at Carlisle and I can't believe how far it is! We've been giving Harry Arter a lot of stick, and all the boys are calling him trying to get a few tips! It's the first of the final ten games and we have had a good season, and we now just have to keep doing the right things and look to go on another unbeaten run. We are all confident that we can be there or thereabouts come May."
